1. INTRODUCTION:

3. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS


3.1. 3.4. The Player is solely and entirely responsible for paying all taxes and fees applicable and arising in connection with any winnings obtained from the use of the Website. If the winnings are subject to taxation by legislative, tax, or other authorities under whose jurisdiction the player appears to be, the player shall be responsible for reporting the winnings and/or losses to the relevant authorities. Likecasino does not make any deductions from the players’ winnings associated with paying taxes from/on the winnings.


4. ACCOUNT OPENING


4.1. In order to use the services of the Website, you need to open an account (“your account”) by entering your email address or phone number and choosing a password, which will later be used to log into the system.

If you need a Duplicate Account, as you have lost access to the first account, or due to any other valid reason, you shall inform the Company of your intent to open a Duplicate account and request permission to open a Duplicate Account from the administration of the Company prior to its opening. In all other cases, the Company may immediately close any Duplicate accounts, and:

4.5.1. All transactions made from the Duplicate Account will be declared invalid;

4.5.2. Any refunds, winnings, or bonuses, which you have received or collected during the use of the active Duplicate Account will be lost, and we may request them. You shall return any such funds, which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account, upon our request.

4.5.3. The company shall not reimburse any funds that may be on the balance of the Duplicate Account and may unilaterally decide on the return of any lost funds, which were used for the placing bets from the Duplicate Account.

4.5.4. The Company does not accept requests for the return of the lost funds, and initial deposits from the Duplicate accounts, if the Duplicate account was opened deliberately in order to obtain bonuses and other promotional offers from the casino, as well as in case of opening of Duplicate accounts for the sole purpose of repayment of the initial deposits on the Duplicate accounts. Such actions shall be considered as an attempt of deliberate abuse. If the Company in its sole discretion determines that the Duplicate accounts were created deliberately, solely for abuse of the wording of these Terms, the initial deposits will not be returned to the player.


5. ANTI-FRAUD REQUIREMENTS


5.1. Taking into account the rights given to you for the use of the services, you warrant, acknowledge, undertake, and agree that:

7. DEPOSITS, PLACING AND WITHDRAWING FUNDS INTO/FROM ACCOUNT

You understand and agree that your account is not a bank account and, therefore, no insurance, warranty, or other instruments of protection available under deposit insurance systems or bank insurance systems, as well as any similar insurance systems apply into it. Interest is not charged on the funds placed into your account.

7.9. You may at any time request the withdrawal of funds from your account, provided that:

7.9.1. at least one deposit has been successfully made to your account;

7.10. When making an application for cash withdrawal, you shall assure the following conditions are met:

9.2. We may suspend, revoke, or cancel any payment or winnings related to bonuses received from the Company (bonuses, et cetera) if we suspect that you are trying to abuse them.

9.3. The Company will take all reasonable measures to prevent and to identify collusions and their participants. Appropriate measures will be taken against such persons. The player shall not upload information to the Website in an amount that may affect the functioning of the Website, as well as to carry out any actions, which may affect the functioning of the Website in any manner. For example, the player shall not spread any viruses and other malware. Any mass mailing or “spam” is strictly prohibited. 11. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT


11.1. A player can apply for closing his account by sending an email to the [email protected].

11.2. Prior to receipt of a notification that the account was closed, the Player shall be responsible for any conducted activities since the account was created.

11.3. Likecasino may charge a commission or any outstanding amount that a player owes prior to closing the account. If the account is deleted, blocked on a permanent basis, or cancelled, the funds and other items (in particular, bonuses, points, et cetera) contained in the account at the moment of the account's termination will not be returned or otherwise settled, unless otherwise expressly stated by Likecasino administration.

11.4. If the account is cancelled, closed, or permanently blocked, the player may during two calendar weeks following such event appeal against the decision.

11.5. The Company may delete the player's account or block it (in particular, delete the username and the password) immediately without notice in the following cases:

11.5.1. Likecasino administration unilaterally decides to stop providing services in general or to a particular player;

11.5.2. If your account is in any way related to the account that has been deleted;

11.5.3. If your account is related to the existing blocked accounts, we may close it, regardless of the manner in which it is related to them, and block user’s data on these accounts. Unless otherwise provided in the Terms, any remaining funds in your account will be returned to you upon your request, after deducting the amount that you owe to the Company;

11.5.4. You are trying to hack the system, or are involved in collusion;

11.5.5. You interfere or try to manipulate the software;

11.5.6. You use your account for purposes that under the effective law can be considered illegal;

11.5.7. You publish humiliating or offensive content on the Website.

11.6. If your account remains inactive continuously for six (6) or more months, we may, without notice, close your account or suspend it. In such case, the Terms will be automatically cancelled in your regard, starting from the effective date of the cancellation.

11.7. We may close your account and cancel the Terms by sending you an e-mail notification (or advance notification) to the address specified in the contact information. In the event of any such termination, except in situations when such closure and termination of the Terms was made pursuant to paragraph 10 or paragraph 15 of these Terms, we shall refund the amount available on your account. If we are unable to contact you, funds will be transferred to the Company or the authorities.

11.8. Likecasino reserves the right to limit the player’s access to a particular game, section or developer at any time.


12. CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE


12.1. To maintain and update the Website, Likecasino may, at its sole discretion and at any time, make changes and/or supplement any service offered on the Website.


13. SYSTEM ERRORS, BUGS, DISCONNECTIONS


13.1. In the event of any failure in the system and/or errors in the game (deviation from the normal functioning of the game logic caused by any reason), resulting in the loss of funds in the account and/or failure to receive any rewards, Likecasino administration will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to compensate such amounts.

13.3 Likecasino Administration strives to assure normal functioning of the game process. Administration may encourage at its discretion the players that have promptly (before others) reported any failures and/or errors.

13.4 Likecasino shall not be responsible for malfunction of information technology tools, caused by the work of equipment used by players to access the Website, or for failures in operation of the Internet providers.

13.4.1 In the event of a temporary disconnection, the game backup system is available on the Likecasino Website. The backup system allows continuing the game process from the moment of disconnection. If the game backup system did not work, which, in particular, may be due to a long period of disconnection, the player may request a compensation. The compensation request and the calculations of the compensation amount are reviewed by authorised Likecasino employees.

13.6. The player acknowledges that the random number generator determines the result of the games on the Website, and the player accepts the results of all games.

14. VIOLATION OF THE TERMS

14.2.2. violations of the law or the third parties’ rights;

14.2.3. use of access to services by any other person, who uses your identification data, with or without your permission;

14.2.4. receipt of any winnings obtained in the aforementioned ways.

14.3. If you violate the Terms, we may, but are not obliged to:

14.3.1. send you a notice (to address indicated in your contact details) that you are violating the Terms, and requiring to stop such violation;

14.3.2. suspend your account in order to disallow you to place bets or/and to play games on the Website;

14.3.3. block your account, with or without prior notice;

14.3.4. withdraw from your account the amount of payments, bonuses, or winnings that you have acquired as a result of any material violation.

14.4. We may annul your username and your password if you do not comply with any of the provisions of the Terms.


15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

If there are discrepancies between the information displayed on your screen and the balance on your account, the balance available on the company’s servers shall be deemed the balance in your account and this decision shall be final and binding. Any amount from your account will be lost if the result will be a human error or a technical malfunction.


21. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


21.1. Likecasino may transfer, assign, sub-license, or pledge the Terms in whole or in part to any person (without the consent of the Players), provided that such transfer would provide the Players with conditions not less favourable than existing under these Terms.


22. FORCE MAJEURE


22.1. Likecasino shall not be liable in the event of non-fulfilment or delay in performance of any of the obligations under this Terms that are caused by force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, interruptions in public communication networks or services, commercial disputes, or DDOS attacks, and similar Internet attacks that may have adverse consequences (“Force Majeure”).

22.2. For the period of the Force-majeure circumstances, Likecasino activity is deemed to be suspended. For a period equal to the period of the Force majeure, a delay of the performance of obligations is in effect. Likecasino shall use all possible resources to stop the Force Majeure event or to seek a solution that would allow for the fulfilment of obligations, irrespective of the Force Majeure.


23. WAIVER


23.1. If Likecasino fails to ensure that the players strictly comply with any of the obligations, or Likecasino is unable to exercise any available rights or remedies, this in no way constitutes a waiver of such rights or remedies and does not indemnify players from the obligation to comply with the Terms.

23.2. No waiver by Likecasino to comply with any of the obligations under these Terms shall be valid unless it is formalised and has been provided to the players or their representatives in writing in accordance with the aforementioned.


24. SEPARABILITY


24.1. If any of the provisions become invalid, unlawful, or to any extent null and void, such provision, condition, or terms will be separated to the appropriate degree from the remaining provisions, terms, and wording, which shall fully retain their validity as provided by the law. In such cases, the part that is considered invalid or unenforceable is amended according to the applicable law in order to accurately reflect the original objectives.


25. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION


25.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Anjouan. You irrevocably submit the exclusive (sole) jurisdiction over any disputes (including, claims for compensation and counterclaims), which may arise in connection with the creation, effect, interpretation, or action, or legal relations under the Terms, to the courts of the Anjouan.


26. LIKECASINO BONUSES


26.1. At its core, the bonus is an arrangement between the Website and the player. Likecasino provides the player with funds for the game, and the player is obliged to make bets in the amount specified by the bonus terms, before claiming the payment of funds. Such an arrangement may be completed in two following ways:

  • fulfilling the cash cycle specified in the bonus terms;
  • the remaining balance on your account is less than 0.50 USD/ 50 RUB/ 0.50 EUR/ 250 KZT/ 5000 UZS/ 0.5 USDT.

26.2. Each particular bonus may have additional rules and/or conditions that will be made available to the player together with the information about the bonus.

26.3. A deposit bonus must be activated before placing any bets after the deposit is made. If a bet is placed before the bonus is activated, the bonus will no longer be available for that deposit.

26.4. Only one bonus can be activated per deposit. Once a bonus is selected and activated, it cannot be changed or replaced for that particular deposit.

26.5. If a deposit bonus is activated but no bets have been placed yet, the player may cancel the bonus, and only the bonus amount will be removed, while the deposited funds will remain available on the account.

26.6. The player can refuse to wager his bonus. It can be done in his/her account. Before such a refusal is accepted, the system will calculate the amount that will be deducted from the player’s account and offer him/her the choice to agree to this or continue wagering.

26.7. At any time at the gaming account there can be only one active bonus.

26.8. To wager a bonus, you shall make a bet in an amount corresponding to its conditions. In most cases, if the terms of the bonus do not specify otherwise, you need to make bets in the amount equal to the wager multiplied by bonus amount plus a deposit. That is, the bonus wagering formula looks like this: wagering amount = wager * (bonus size + deposit). For free spins, only the bonus amount received when winning from free spins is liable to wager.

26.9. Different rules may apply when wagering a bonus in different games.

26.10. All bonuses, whether deposit or no-deposit, are subject to a maximum win limit of x5 the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms. Any winnings exceeding this limit will be deducted from the player’s balance upon successful completion of the wagering requirements.

26.11. Each of the bets aiming to wager bonuses should be less than or equal to the following value: €5/ $5/ 5 USDT/ 500 RUB/ 50000 UZS/ 2500 KZT. If you place a bet that exceeds the specified limit, only the maximum allowed amount will count towards the bonus wagering.

26.12. The casino reserves the right to limit player's access to bonuses.

26.13. While a player has an active bonus on the account, no bets contribute to tournament progress or leaderboard rankings, regardless of the game or bet amount.

26.14. If the player has postponed a game round in which the bet was placed while a bonus was active, it will not be possible to cancel, complete, or wager the bonus until the postponed round is resumed and completed.


27. BONUSES ABUSE


27.1. Our casino may review the history of transactions and logs for any reason and at any time. If during such review, the casino discovers that player abused the use of bonuses, the casino may cancel bonuses for this player.

If the casino administration determines that the player is using a bonus or other promotion for the sole purpose of obtaining a positive result using known methods aimed at the safe wagering of the bonus, the following actions may apply to such player and such player will be excluded from the current and subsequent promotions.

If the player abuses bonuses, the casino may undertake actions against such player. The casino may remove, cancel all existing bonuses and bonus winnings, and immediately block the player’s account.

We may amend, edit, and supplement the terms and conditions for the use of bonuses at any time. The players shall from time to time check the rules and terms and conditions.


28. STRATEGIES


28.1. We may suspend, withdraw, or cancel any payments or winnings related to the bonus funds received from the Company (bonuses, et cetera.) if we suspect you in abusing them. Additionally, this provision applies to cases when you use any strategy or strategies for guaranteed earnings, both with the use of bonus incentives and without them.

28.2. When making bets that are recorded in tournaments, it is prohibited to use functions like "Risk game", as well as other functions with similar logic.

In case of any suspicions from our side regarding the mentioned function being used when playing a tournament, we reserve the right to send your account to additional verification from a provider's side.

In the event of failure to comply with the rules, the winnings for the tournament may be annul.


29. REFUND TERMS


29.1. A refund request can only be considered if it is requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours after the date of the transaction if the funds have not been used on the site. Also, a request for a refund can be considered within thirty (30) days if the User claims the transaction was made by a person under the age of eighteen (18) or a third party. Such a refund can be considered only if there is direct evidence of the fact that the deposit was made by third parties.

29.2. Likecasino reserves the right to refuse to return any funds or reverse transaction until the User's identity is verified and the payment method for which the refund has been requested have been verified. You agree that, for purposes of such verification, Likecasino may request proper identification and/or proof of ownership of the payment method that was used for the deposit. If the documents are not provided by the user within five (5) days from the date of the request, we reserve the right to close the account and withhold the funds that were in the gaming account.


30. LOYALTY PROGRAM


30.1. Likecasino reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and rules of the Loyalty Program at any time, including (but not limited to) modifications to how points, levels, or rewards are calculated or awarded. If Likecasino suspects that you are engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity related to the Loyalty Program, or if you violate these Terms and Conditions, your account — or any related accounts (such as referred users) — may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion.

30.2. Upon registering at Likecasino, you automatically become a member of our Loyalty Program. By playing for real money, you increase your level and unlock access to exclusive benefits and rewards.

30.3. Your level is personal and cannot be transferred to another user or account under any circumstances.


31. INTERPRETATION


31.1. The Terms are executed in English, and any interpretation of it must be based on the original English version. If conditions or any documents, or notices related to them are translated into any other language, the English version prevails.
